Shipping and delivery

We prepare orders the same day if they reach us before 3 pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times

Mainland Spain: 24-48 working hours. Balearic Islands: 2-3 days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4-6 days, customs formalities may apply.

Times start counting once payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed.

Free shipping over €39 within mainland Spain. Below that, €3.95.

Refrigerated products ship in insulated packaging and always carry a €2.50 surcharge.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will get an email with the tracking number. You can also find it in your account, in the order details.
