Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you are not happy with.

How to return

Write to us from your account or to hola@saludia.demo with your order number and what you want to return. We will send you a return label.

The product must arrive unused and with its original seal intact.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and health-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of sealed products that have been opened:

• Over-the-counter medicines and medical devices
• Cosmetics and dermocosmetics with a broken seal
• Food, supplements and refrigerated products

This is not our own rule: it is what medical-product regulations require.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product back at the warehouse.
